What is collected
This site does not take bookings or payments today — see the Terms of Service. The contact form is the only place it collects personal data.
Sending an enquiry sends your name, email address and message by email to Pramod Kapoor, the Consultant who reads and answers every enquiry.
- Name and email address — so the Consultant can reply to you
- Your message — so the enquiry is understood
- Cookie preference — stored in your browser, to honour the choice you made
Why this is allowed
The lawful basis for holding an enquiry is legitimate interest: answering a message someone chose to send.
No analytics runs on this site today. If that changes, the basis will be your consent, given or withheld in the cookie banner and changeable at any time — see the Cookie Policy.
How long this is held
Enquiry emails are kept for one year, then deleted.
Your cookie preference stays in your browser until you clear that browser's site data.
No separate database of enquiries is kept anywhere else.
Who else sees it
A small number of parties see enquiry data, each only what it needs:
- Pramod Kapoor, the Consultant — reads and replies to your enquiry. Based in India; see International transfers below.
- Resend — delivers the enquiry email. Processes your name, email address and message to do so.
- Vercel — hosts this site. Keeps access logs for seven days.
- Cal.com and Stripe are not in use. Booking is closed, so neither receives any data today. This will be updated, and this policy republished, before booking opens.
International transfers
The Seller is established in the European Union. Pramod Kapoor, the Consultant who delivers the advice, is based in India.
Your enquiry details — name, email address and message — are sent to him so he can read it and reply. That is an international transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area.
India does not have a European Commission adequacy decision, so the transfer needs a safeguard of its own.
The safeguard for this transfer is not yet in place, and it is named here as soon as it is. Until then this site is not open for enquiries, so no personal data is being transferred.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. The Seller responds within thirty days.
