What an enquiry is
You can book a consultation through this site. Booking and payment are handled by Cal.com, our scheduling provider, on its own pages — the price and what is included are shown there before you pay anything.
The contact form sends an enquiry — your name, email address and message — to the Consultant, so he can reply. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not reserve a consultation.
Sending an enquiry instead of booking creates no contract and reserves no time. If a consultation is arranged from an enquiry, its price and terms are agreed with you in writing by the Seller before you pay anything.
Advice is advisory only
A consultation is the Consultant's professional opinion, based on his experience in pharmaceutical marketing. It is not a guarantee of a particular business result or career outcome.
Decisions you make using that advice are your own. Neither the Seller nor the Consultant is responsible for the outcome of a decision you make.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Seller and the Consultant are not liable for indirect or consequential loss connected to an enquiry or a consultation.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not permit to be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics and design of this site belong to the Seller or are used with permission. Copying or republishing them needs the Seller's written permission first.
Sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership of what you write. It gives the Consultant permission to read it and reply to you.
Confidentiality
What you tell the Consultant in an enquiry or a consultation is kept confidential. Neither the Seller nor the Consultant will name you or your employer publicly without your written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the Seller is registered. That country is not stated here yet, because the Seller is not yet named; it will be, before any consultation is sold.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version that applies is the one published on this site when you send your enquiry.
